OGG at 64 kbps should be fine.
I will give it a try on my next tests since I don't have the original file anymore. It's been a while since the last time I recorded something so when I thought about compression, mp3 was the first that came to my mind.

What's very interesting to me here, is that I also hacked MCK, replacing N106 with support for my Squeedo synth (possibly based on the same code?). But there were glitches in it that were suspiciously similar to the mp3 and what you described. I looked all over my code for the problem, on the NES and PIC18F, but never really suspected it could be somewhere in MCK..!!
MCK seems to be the cause. The glitchs are random, like the sample you provided so every time you reset the cartridge, you have different glitches. It took me a few try to have something not too glitched. I didn't know that squeedo could do synth. I want a famicom version
I will try to convert the latest ppmck driver from nesasm to ca65 and add some code for sound fx, similar to what I did with famitracker. Then I will need to figure out why you mml doesn't work with the latest version (maybe ~J-@D!~ can help me on this issue since he must know the format well). Maybe a few thing changed in the format. Once I can make it work, I should be able to test your file again and ~J-@D!~ ones too.

If you don't mind using ftp, I have another host with nothing else on it yet. I could create an account for it there. You could use MP3, WAV, FLAC (lossless), any size should be alright.
Thanks for the offer, I appreciate it. It just that I don't know what my ISP allows since all the rules are written in japanese. Since it's for personal use website, I don't think I can put too much files on it. I could have used the wiki account but this is for the wiki and I don't want to abuse Koitsu's good will since I don't pay for the hosting.
Edit:
@~J-@D!~:
I was able to modify the ppmck source code to allow to make nes file for VRC7. I have a few issues:
vrc7.mml -> missing file sample.inc
vrc7sound2.mml -> missing file psybass.inc
I tried to make a mutli song nes file but it always fail. I will check on the net to see if I can find any information about it. if you know the cause of failure in that case, please let me know. I should be able to test melody, instrum and vrcvii tonight.
