i discovered a bug with the games that support the namcot106 expansion,
when i start mappy kids i don't hear the extra sound channels, the NSF file of this game plays fine.. is there any way to get this working??
Have you bridged expansion pins 3 and 9 with a 47K ohm resistor?
I guess he did since he mentioned nsf's...

hehe, yeah.. it's just weird.. games with the N106 chip works on the powerpak, but no extra sound. if i push select to show the mapper info from the game, it shows that it is using mapper 13...
i don't get it
Are you using a version of the Namcot 106 that support the extra sound channels? Maybe the NSF player and the actual Namcot 106 mapper used to play are different files.
Wait.. are you saying ALL N106 game sound doesn't work?
Maybe I was a doofus and forgot to add it in.
I will check ...
okay, that is possible.. also again i have a PAL NES, and those games doesn't work good either on those systems.. but don't worry, soon i will have a NTSC Toaster
and all my problems will be solved.
I uploaded a new version.
okay... i'm going to test it RIGHT now
EDIT:
IT WORKS!!! problem SOLVED!!
