isthere anyone with dumping capabilities in the Chicago area

recently, I had been asking to make a dump of a multicart game I got off of ebay (I guess you can study how it was made through Rom study, etc)
and unfortunately, while I dont have the cash to buy the equipment, I'm not too keen about sending this away to someone elsewhere (especially when it took me 5+ years to find a copy)

if anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.
