top gun: UNROM?

so i opened up a top gun and saw it had UNROM printed on the board. but according to this list it wasnt listed as one:

what does 351298 mean?

That is likely a Konami fabricated board that is equivalent to UNROM. That page has known errors, so much better references are bootgod's site at bootgod.dyndns.org:7777 or the database at www.nintendoage.com
