[HELP] MIssing capacitors from Super Mario RPG Cart

Hi people, could someone help me with this?
I got a Super Mario RPG cart, wich was going to be trown away. The board looks really dirty, it seens some kind of fluid got spilled all over, mainly around the SA-1 IC, I´m going clean this out, but my other concern is that, due to oxidization, 2 capacitors went away. They are C1 and C2.
Could someone help me finding their values?

Here´s a PIC of the board in perfect state:

Thanks

First one is 22uF, second one has no indication of its value but it's also for voltage stabilization. 100nF is probably ok.
