What is the best way to record NES music not using an emulator, only original hardware. Audio cable to analog recorder or ? digital?
Thanks
If you have a converter that's female A/V audio to male eighth inch (like headphones) like this:

Then I would just recommend plugging the NES in with an A/V cable, but put the sound cables into the converter and hook it up to your computer (if it has a microphone or line-in input). Then just record the audio coming in with something like Windows Movie Maker.
You could also use one of
these and plug it directly to your NES audio output. Whatever is easier to find.
Oh, oops! I have one of those, too. That would definitely be easier to use. But the other works for other consoles too, so long as they have AV output.
