Rad Racer Remix

Just got done doing a remix of Rad Racers music (one of them to be precise).

Tell me what you think.

It should be in "NES Music" but it sounds like a good remix.

I thought NES Music was only for the NES music hardware itself.

It says:

A place for discussions about NSF files, Nerdtracker 2, MCK, or anything else related to NES music.

I didn't see that part. Oh well, move it then.

It's cool, other than the drums it somewhat reminds me of a Turbografx-16 sound.

Personally I think the stereo separation is too much. Seems like it'd be kinda brutal with headphones. Usually I'd go for something like 75/25, it sounds like it's 100/0 on my speakers.

There's not 100% seperation, actually, it's only slight.

Here's the mixer.

The drums are real sampled drums, that are pre-packaged with the mixing program.

Btw, I put my music in my recorded video of Rad Racer (emu).

Too bad I didn't record the sound effects to overlap my mix of the music.

He said the output isn't great, even if you did a slightly stereo separation, you should rework it.

No, he talked about the separation. Anyway, I have a re-edited version, with toned down drums.

But the mixer wouldn't let me touch separation because I finalized it to a stereo track.
