I need a program that can rip wav. to .DMC but all programs I tried are low quality and only play a second of audio. Can anyone help? Also I'm looking for a program to rip .DMC files from a NSF that includes all samples no only common ones.

The maximum length for a DPCM waveform on the NES is about 32700 samples. At the NES's highest sample rate of 33.5 kHz, this is about a second. What wave are you trying to convert, and how will it be used?

The program 18 in my
DPCM package can convert all of the DPCM waveforms in a binary file to a RIFF WAVE file with 8-bit PCM.
I'm trying to convert an Elvis song.

Then quit cheating and use MCK or NT2 or Famitracker

I'm guessing Famitracker is some sort of NSF Music making tracker but I don't know what the other programs are.
If you can find NSFLive, it can rip DPCM samples from NSFs. I'm not sure where to download it though..

MCK and NerdTracker II are other people's NSF Music making trackers.
The program Memblers mentioned can be found
here
JSR, are you working on a new version that includes raw DMCripping/playback, VRC7 channel controls, Improved FDS emulation?
Raw PCM samples can be ripped if you disable the other channels and use save-to-WAV.
But yeah, I'm working on it again. Mainly to have it helping me to improve NSF code, but it's also possible I'll release an updated version.
Can your site have an English version? Because most people cannot read it and I for one am one of those people here in the grand old U.S.

Nah it's just crap on that site anyway. I'll do an English translation if I ever get something important to add.
What language is your site anyway?
