Get the replay code from the NT2 site:
http://nesdev.com/nt2/download/nedplay.zip

Unpack it to the same folder as NT2. Load your song in NT2 and press enter (this splits the NED into temp.dat and temp.ihd). Then run makensf.bat, it should create the NSF.
