Famitracker: how do you save mutliple songs per project?

This weekend I lost a couple hours work (and a song forever as it fled my mind) - I put two songs in the project in Famitracker through the Module Settings menu, and made sure to hit Save, but when I next loaded the project, it only had the first song in it. This happened twice in a row. Does anyone know what you have to do to save the songs?

This sounds like a bug report, and I'd suggest that you report it at Famitracker's official forum:

As far as I know, if there are two songs in the FTM when you hit save, it should save both. If that doesn't work or you have to do some magic dance, it's broken.
