It is .BINary data, ready to copied to EPROMS - just like CHR or PRG. Since there is no images on screen, you would use it in the PRG slot.

PogoShell for that (another GBA program). However, the default NSF player plugin is buggy on my flash cart. Which type of cart do you have? Google it, give it a try - and if it doesn't work, let me know. I can give you the other plugin I found and my modified config files.
