Added new pages to Nes Cart Database site, new XML posted

I've added a missing games list, pcb viewer, and huge amount of stats to site. These pages have been around for some time now and aren't quite polished up, but I never have time to do jack lately so I posted them anyways.

Also a current XML file has been posted.
