Well, that's not the case here. I was burning a vid for my grandmother.
She doesn't have the best technology. She does have a modern sports car though.
I guess her PC was fairly decent at the time.
Some specs I just felt like posting:
512 meg ram
dual layer dvd burner
80 gigabyte hard drive ( I don't know RPM's though)
I think it has an AMD Athlon XP
(Non overclocked, this whole thing is stock)
It also has a bunch of malicious software installed. (She never uses a firewall)
It got ransomeware on it one time and it wouldn't let you boot. I took care of it though.
