Anyone know what's up?
http://bootgod.dyndns.org:7777/
Sorry, the server had crashed and I didn't notice until now, normally it reboots itself but apparently didn't feel like it this time.
Thank you for clarifying.
Might it be doing that to remind you to rebuild the XML report, which is a week shy of a year old?

I am just glad it was a simple fix. Your site is invaluable.

It looks like it's back to not rebooting. :/
Sorry. I hate being the bearer of bad news.
I do a lot of browsing to get ideas and your site is always open as a Chrome Tab.
https://nesdir.github.io/Use this for basic info for now.
Still down
The alternatives don't really make the cut for my purposes.
What purposes do you need that aren't met by other alternatives?
If you let us know we might be able to implement it.
Most of the specific search functions, often for finding chips. The PCB scans are helpful to figure out wiring for more unusual boards, and for when a game has several board revisions.
Should be working for everyone again. I ended up having to move it to a machine that is a bit more underpowered than before, but hopefully it won't be an issue. Images will take a bit of time to load on first view because the cache is still fresh.
Thank you for getting it working again.
May I mirror the latest XML as an attachment here in case something else happens?

Yes, by all means do.
Attaching the latest XML from about a year ago.
Crap sorry, I actually had posted an updated one like the day before the crash as per your request but it must have been before the last backup. New one back up.
Bootgod, what is the status of the undumped JPN games? Is there any pending effort to get these?
The new XML added ten
<cartridge> elements, from 3169 to 3179. I haven't counted how many are unique SHA-1s and how many are confirmations of existing dumps.
I also took the liberty of converting the XML's character encoding from UTF-16 to UTF-8, which
improves compression of mostly-ASCII markup and is more compatible with text processing tools such as
grep.
Is it me or the site is down again?
Maybe it's my ISP, again...
The worst thing is that I have no other option here.
Tried an web proxy and worked fine!
Is my ISP being a duchebag again or it's really down?
This time it's really down it seems.

Sorry about the short downtime, someone emailed me yesterday and alerted me. Apparently the UPS kicked in due to "electrical noise" and didn't switch back to AC power before the battery was used up... first time that has happened.
Thank you!
Best news of the week!!
It's down to me too.
I also tried through a cgi proxy with the same results.
Ugh sorry, its up again. I was not around and for some reason my router was not renewing the servers IP.
Thank you.
Yes.
It's working now.
Thanks!
