So, the speed of the game is not set by the Super Nintendo, but by the Super Game Boy itself? I.e. even on a PAL SNES, the games would still run at 60 fps (while the SNES part, like screen borders and the "mouse pointer" movement would still be set to the native 50 Hz)?
