But I just realized something with regard to out-of-compo games on the multicarts, such as Concentration Room and Zooming Secretary. If a game has little connection to the compo, I'm thinking it might be better to just leave its topic in Homebrew Projects. This would cover most games that were finished before the compo's announcement and not substantially changed for the multicart. Topics about mapper-hacking Driar and Solar Wars to fit more easily, for example, are move-worthy, but Concentration Room was unchanged other than that I put my text-based Russian Roulette into the same PRG bank.
Even though
this was incomplete and canceled, it was always intended for the 2014 Compo.
