This has probably discussed earlier but "search" doesn't help me so..

Can anyone describe how the vertical scrolling Zelda 1 works? My emulator doesn't trap any scroll-values at all during vertical scrolling. How do they do that? :)

Does it trap any writes to the VRAM address through $2006?
