Startup Register Values

Hi.

I'm currently debugging my CPU by comparing the execution of mine against the execution of FCEUXD SP.

Whilst doing this, its looking as if FCEUXD uses different startup register values (at least in the PPU status register).

I was wondering if anybody knows of a reference for the register startup values of the CPU, PPU and APU?
