Test for mapper 78 (Uchuusen, Holy Diver)

Both the Uchuusen Cosmo Carrier board and the Holy Diver board are mapper 78, with the submapper field of the NES 2.0 header choosing which mirroring type to use. Can your emulator tell the boards apart? FCEUX and PowerPak just assume everything is Uchuusen. FCEUX sees submapper 3 in the header but doesn't do anything with it. Mesen can tell the difference though.
