FCUEX Mapping Button to Multiple Controller Buttons

I'd like to map the B button to two different buttons on my USB controller. The reason is that I'm having trouble holding down the B button to charge the Mega Buster in Mega Man 5 while still pressing the A button to jump. Is there a way to do this?
