Hi. Can you please tell what game is it?
I have a board with this mapper (23c269) the binary counter (4020) and a few more components on a pirate Batman J cartridge.
I have scanned both sides of the board, dumped the ROMs and invite you to discuss it on this thread:

Maybe we can figure out more information about this mapper!

prg and chr only 64K ！

you new dump PRG 128k
PRG,is mapper 25,IRQ change


23c269 is VRC2/4 clone. IRQ change.
