Kevin Horton's PPU test?

There's a PPU Timing test by Kevin Horton. It displays a blank square that shouldn't movie across the screen. Only Nintendulator seems to pass, since the white square remains stopped in the screen, fails in my emu and Nestopia.

Well, it fails FCEUX as well, both PPU's
