If I use a Jap cart with a SHVC-BA3M board like pictured below.

Assuming PO is a 16M rom and P1 is 8 Meg rom giving total of 24Meg for Metroid and both boards above are identical.
Q1. How do i split a Metroid rom which i presume is 24 meg into 2 parts (2 meg and a 1 meg) Wanting to burn the images to a AM29F016B (adapter v3) and a M27C801.
Q2. Do i need to bin swap the rom file for M27C801 and just cross over 24&31?
any suggestions would be fantastic as I dont want to use up 2 x AM29F016B
