A new dev card for PCE/TG16 by Osman: http://www.penguinet.net/TailChao/Hardw ... /index.php

Looks pretty good. 8k FRAM, 128k sram, 32megabit rom, custom mapper.

Extra RAM is cool. But does he actually sell these carts? I only see links for downloading the PCB layout and whatnot.

Dunno. I'm gonna purchase an assembled one from him, but no idea if he's gonna offer them built to order or not.

I did receive some more info from him:

CS0 and CS1 areas are 256k segments each. And you can use a single 256k sram IC on each, for a total of 512k ram in the upper 8megabit range. He just has a standard setup where 128k is on one (mirrored) and 8k fram on the other (mirrored too). Or put an audio upgrade IC on either of them. Etc.

Throw in an YM2151 and you'd have a sweet acrcade-style setup along with the PSG. But it'd be a shame to waste a stereo chip when the cart connector only has support for a mono audio signal.
