Big photo (56K/sat/tether warning)Hey all, just wanted to post the NES project I've been working on for the past few years. I've usually worked on hardware projects in the past but wanted to try my hand at a game that used the zapper!
Pull up a chair and rustle up some virtual nihilism, pardner. Super Russian Roulette pits you and up to two friends or strangers against a trash-talking cowboy, impatient to get on with the ultimate game of chance. There’s a light bullet in the Zapper’s chamber: is your name on it? (To increase actual dread, add penalty shots of bottom-shelf hooch for the losers.) Keep spinning the barrel till only one player remains.Commercial:

Absolutely incredible, man. Not only has it reached the project's goal of $20,000, but it's well beyond $60,000. That's pretty damn impressive, I think. It looks like a great party game. I'd like to buy it when I can! The commercial was pretty entertaining, too. Awesome job, m8.
Battle of the Bits and BatslyAdams are teaming up for additional content!

WHAT. EXCUSE ME WHILE I GO TRY THIS OUT.
I must be really tired if I misread the thread title as Raisin Roulette, despite having read the thread many times before.

Thanks for posting this here! If I hadn't saw your post while lurking here I probably would have completely missed it. Just submitted an entry, it's the first 2a03-only track I've done in quite some time.
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ba ... for-the-ne7 hours left, and Batsly's only a few hundred dollars away from meeting the $80000 stretch goal, which will allow him to double the CHR memory.
What?
Another Russian Roulette? Atleast this one's got DPCM.
Good, thanks for making my project obsolete.
No, seriously, though--great work!
You bastard!
Just kidding.
Or am I?
Batsly's version has been in development since 2013:

Who cares? I was just joking.
I couldn't tell how serious you were in your earlier post.
In other news,
my entry placed second in the BotB competition! Woo! It's probably the most nuanced NES composition I've ever made. It's pretty cool to know that a song I wrote will be included on a NES cartridge that's already sold nearly 1000 copies.
There's quite a bit of variety in that composition. Congratulations!
80.000?
See how art direction and a very well done kickstart vídeo can make a world of difference?
This seriously got me impressed, congratulations.
