I have a bunch for DesignSpark. It's free and doesn't limit board size like eagle. There once was a time I searched for part libraries, eventually you realize you're better off making them on your own. Once you know how to layout a part it takes less time to make a new footprint than to try and find one somewhere. I find making components on designspark is pretty simple. I can usually find something that's a pretty similar package and then easily label all the pins myself.
