search term registers

searching for the keyword "registers" takes you to a nesasm source code page that is unhelpful and has no links to other register pages.

Can we change this?

edit. "register" seems to give better results.

I have replaced it with an index. I just deleted the text, I didn't see anything worth preserving there.

Thanks.
