I tried a few times, but even searching for "nesdev" results in "No topics or posts met your search criteria"... 
Yes, it's been broken for awhile now. What you CAN do in the meantime is use google to search the forums. I don't end up finding what I'm looking for sometimes when I do that, but it's worth trying for sure.
