I made a custom tsop to dip adapter to work with my topmax II universal programmer. I got the programmer to slightly work by giving me a "poor contact on pin 14" error. This error usually happens when the programmer expects a certain type pin in a certain place and it isn't.

Here is a chart showing the tsop to dip adapters original pin out and on the right is the rerouted pins going into the programmer.
At first, I got it to write and erase, but verification said it was writing to the wrong locations.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Am I correct in thinking the address lines are not the problem, but the DQ0–DQ7 lines are in the wrong place?
