Otherwise eBay, a bit more expensive, but always in stock.

He does not have any up right now, but this guy has pretty good deals on these.

Ive ordered there before. Usually the legs are bent, and many times ive broken the legs off trying to straighten them.

Ive ordered three sets for a total of 36 chips, and I have only had two chips with bent leads, both of which I was able to straighten without a problem.

I ordered 4 of the pre-desoldered chips from BuyICNow.

Be careful when ordering them used. Make sure the seller has a good return policy. I've gotten a few from eBay with bent legs, and I also have had one or two chips that legs broke off of when trying to straighten them. I ordered some from BuyICnow before. The legs weren't bent, but I had to clean some bits of solder off of them.
