questions Eprom

hi i have some questions about snes reproductions carts.

First, on the romlab website there is a lot of type of eproms explaining the pinout... Is it for all kinds of cartridges board that may change?? example : if i have secret of mana 2 do i need a specific eprom.

second : is the pinout all the same for every game? i'm talking about snes cartridges board.

third : which eprom programmer i should get to make cartridges?
