Dragon Warriors 5 and 6 cart types?

Anyone know what cart type (pcb) that Dragon Warrior (quest) 5 and 6 use's so that I can get donor carts to make these? Thanks!

DQ5 use normal LoROM PCB (1.5MB, 8KB SRAM)
- translated ROM have 2MB - best cart to modify - NBA LIVE 95 (two roms +sram lorom) or NBA LIVE 96,97,98 (One rom+sram lorom)

DQ6 use normal HiROM PCB (4MB, 8KB SRAM)
- translated ROM have 4MB - best cart to modify - NHL hockey 96,97, Illusion Of Time/Gaia (One rom+sram hirom)
