The file is mine and I've made some updates since the last upload. I'll try to post an update this afternoon.

What do these boards actually look like?

It's a parts library, the final result is completely up to you. There are board outlines for the stardard size cart PCB, the PCB with the expansion tabs (which used different board notch locations so the normal PCB's don't fit right in the expansion shells and vice-versa), and the half-sized PCB used in carts without SRAM. There's also an outline for just the cart edge (both with and without the expansion pins) if you want to make your own board shape from scratch, in case you don't care about fitting it inside an existing shell. Beyond that, there's a bunch of various chips, including official chips like the MAD-1 and the CX4, as well as a few additional parts that may be useful in repro carts, such as EEPROMs.

I showed an example of the expansion PCB outline in this thread

Hi.

Could you upload your current libary?!

Thanks

Yeah, sorry. The version online has more parts, but my current version has more recent corrections to the board outlines. I'm working on merging the two. I will post it, but it's going to take a little longer than expected.

qwerty, do these parts function in the freeware version of EagleCad? Or are the dimensions too big?

Yes, everything fits within the EAGLE Free limitations. The largest board is 100x75mm, which also perfectly fits within the IteadStudio 10x10cm size tier.
