I think the solution is to change A21 to A23
with A21 to A22 --> (00:8000 -> 7F:FFFF)
with A21 to A23 --> (00:8000 -> 3F:FFFF) & (80:8000 -> BF:FFFF)

greetings and thanks for all your patience.
Well, connecting in that manner will map the first 16 mb to banks 0-3f then another unique 16 mb to banks 80-bf. You are definitely getting better. At least this one is accurate.
Are you making a development cartridge? It makes more sense to use such a unique map.
With this map, you are likely losing support for many commercial games, which mirror banks 00-3f, 80-bf.
Since you already mentioned commercial games, I conclude that your decision to map memory this way makes no sense.
You are not ready. This doesn't mean I don't support you. I just think a bigger goal is harsh to your memory. Pick one small goal so you can accomplish it.
When I say one small goal, first identify publicly are you making a development cartridge or reproduction cartridge? Then your choice of memory maps will be more obvious as a success or not.
Once again, correct me, I believe you are reproducing a commercial game you want to play. You already used a list of several games. You need to let go of your big dreams so you can learn the basics first. Pick one simple LoRom game to reproduce. Stick with that. Then after learning the logic, you can learn more and use that gained knowledge to do bigger projects.
